The Payment Processing Application is a hosted solution for payment transmission, proposal processing, and accounting needs of Agencies.
This online platform enables Agencies to upload disbursement and proposal files for processing through the MasterCard™ RPPS system and accept return files, while maintaining an accurate accounting of transmitted funds.
Client Support Software developed the PPA by leveraging it’s existing CMA platform to provide the Credit Counseling industry with an efficient mechanism used by non-profit debt management agencies.
Hosting and Backups
The PPA is offered as a full-service hosted, cloud based solution.
The primary database is stored on an encrypted ZFS pool which is mirrored in realtime to multiple offsite servers. Full file system snapshots are performed every 15 minutes.
This strategy retains redundancy in multiple formats, all of which are encrypted both when stored and transported.
